Issam Abdo-Ahmad (also publishing as Issam Ahmad) is a Montréal-based Economic Research Analyst at CEDEC, an economist, and a data analyst with dual master’s degrees in Applied Financial Economics (HEC Montréal) and Applied Economics (LAU Beirut). He combines econometrics, data science, and business strategy to answer real-world policy and industry questions.

His work has appeared in peer-reviewed journals, and he has hands-on experience in policy research, impact evaluation, financial modelling, and advisory projects for firms and organisations. He is available for consulting and collaborative research in economic analysis, public policy, and data-driven strategy.

Alongside his research and consulting work, Issam is also an experienced educator. With 7+ years of tutoring experience, he has helped students across Canada excel in economics and is currently a top-ranked economics tutor on Superprof in Canada.
